Monthly capacity: 800K pcs tempered glass (18 CNC, 8 grinders, 2 tempering furnaces, 3 washers, 12 laminators, 2 auto-labelers), 500K pcs injection-molded cases (20 injection machines at 130T/170T plus 4 CNC), and 1.8M pcs across 6 finished-goods packing lines.
Certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, participating in Sedex, holding TÜV RPF anti-blue-light product certification, and compliant with C-TPAT, FCCA, Walmart responsible sourcing / QAFA, and Higg FEM.
